Salmon with Dill

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Brine the fish in a 9% salt solution (1T salt in 1C water) for 10 minutes to reduce albumin exudation. Rinse off the brining solution and pat the fish dry.
  2. Combine the butter, dill, and onion powder, and season to taste.
  3. Rinse the salmon, place on a baking dish, baste with the butter mixture, then bake at 350 until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  4. Plate and serve.
